Why Choose Our Approach
Choosing the right provider matters. Our ADHD assessment for adults goes beyond a checklist. It’s a focused, evidence-based process that looks at the whole picture, including how attention and executive skills work in your daily life. We also offer executive function testing, giving you practical insight into focus, organization, and follow-through. As a private, self-pay service, you can use your out-of-network (OON) benefits while keeping your information completely confidential. You’ll work with a therapist who understands the realities of living - and thriving - with ADHD, and who knows how to translate testing results into strategies that fit your life.
What to Expect
Getting tested shouldn’t feel like an endless process. From our first conversation, you’ll know exactly what’s going to happen and when. Your evaluation is structured, thorough, and designed to fit into a busy schedule. We’ll walk you through each step, from the initial consult to the final feedback session, so there are no surprises. The goal isn’t just a diagnosis — it’s clarity, actionable recommendations, and a plan you can start using right away.
Step 1 — Free 15-Minute Consultation
We’ll talk briefly about your concerns, answer questions, and confirm whether a full evaluation is the right next step. This call helps you feel confident moving forward and makes sure our process is a good fit for your needs.

Step 2 — Comprehensive ADHD Assessment for Adults
Your testing session includes a detailed clinical interview, ADHD-specific standardized assessments, and optional collateral input from someone who knows you well. We also screen for common co-occurring concerns like anxiety, depression, and sleep issues. You may want to break this into multiple, shorter sessions.

Step 3 — Personalized Feedback Session
Within days, we meet to review your results. You’ll get clear explanations of what the data means, how it connects to your everyday challenges, and whether a formal ADHD diagnosis is appropriate.

Step 4 — Detailed Written Report & Executive Function Testing Results
You’ll receive a written report summarizing your ADHD assessment and executive function testing results, along with practical recommendations you can use immediately — at work, at home, or with other providers.

FAQ's
Q: Can I use my insurance for this evaluation?
We do not bill insurance directly, but many clients use their out-of-network (OON) benefits to get partial reimbursement. You’ll receive a detailed superbill and a step-by-step guide for submitting your claim. This process keeps your information in your hands, not in an insurance company’s database; and gives you full control over your care.

Q: Will this evaluation go on my medical record?
Not unless you choose to share it. Because we operate as a private, self-pay service, your results are not automatically sent to insurance companies, employers, or other providers. You decide who receives your report. We are happy to coordinate with your therapist, physician, psychiatrist, or any other provider that you request.

Q: How long does the process take?
Most clients complete the entire process - from initial consultation to feedback session - in under two weeks. Written reports are provided within seven business days of your testing appointment. There will be some variability based on your schedule and availability.

Q: What if you find something besides ADHD?
Our evaluations look at the full picture, including factors like anxiety, depression, or sleep issues that can affect focus and attention. If we identify other concerns, we’ll provide clear recommendations for next steps and referrals if needed.

Q: Can I use this for university accommodations?
Yes! If you'd like, we can coordinate with the Disability Services office at your university, with your signed permission, to offer information, diagnosis confirmation, and recommendations for classroom accommodation. We have over 15 years experience working with ODS on college campuses. *Note: This is not a guarantee of a diagnosis or specific recommendations.
